The Rubber Vise Shaft Clamp is an essential tool for any sized golf shop. It is used in conjunction with a bench vise to protect a golf shaft and hold the club securely in place during assembly and disassembly procedures. Great for re-shafting, gripping, hand sanding a graphite or steel shaft for shaft abrasion, pulling a ferrule down a shaft that went up to far, to several more uses. Made in the USA.
Even though this vise clamp is made of thick rubber to protect the shaft and prevent slippage in a bench vise, be careful not to over-tighten, especially on ultra-lightweight shafts, to prevent damage.
